🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of successful delivery.
• Return requests must be initiated within this period by contacting our support team.
• All returned products must be in unused, unworn condition with original packaging and tags intact.
• Return requests are reviewed and processed within 2 business days after submission.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed for products purchased on sale. In exceptional and approved cases, only 50% refund may be issued for on-sale items.
• If a returned product is found damaged, worn, washed, or used after inspection, only 50% of the product value will be refunded.

💰 Refund Process

• Once the returned product is picked up and successfully inspected, refunds will be processed within 6–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirming customer details.
• Our support team may contact you to confirm refund details before processing.

📏 Size & Color Exchange

• Exchanges are available within 3 calendar days of delivery.
• A flat ₹99 exchange fee is applicable for each exchange request.
• The product must be in unused and unworn condition with original packaging.
• Exchange requests will be approved after verification by our team.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement product will be dispatched.

🚚 Exchange Delivery Timeframe

• If the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days from dispatch.
